When searching for a medical spa, Lexie Frankman wanted a flexible service that could address her skin concerns and fit her lifestyle.
“For many years, I didn’t wear hats or sunscreen. I wanted a service that could treat the melasma on my face, as well as my sun damage,” Lexie said.
Lexie discovered Kalon through a friend and met with Kalon’s Alyssa Letcher shortly after the spa opened. After her first consultation, Lexie signed up for a Friend membership.
“There were plenty of options for me to choose from,” Lexie said. “As we get a little older, investing in our skin and ourselves becomes even more important. The Friend membership option made me feel comfortable with the investment that I wanted to make.”

Lexie started treatments in September 2019, and she’s seen incredible results since her first procedure. “My sun spots have decreased dramatically,” she said.
Since joining becoming a Kalon Friend, Lexie has had the opportunity to try chemical peels, BroadBand Light treatments, BOTOX, and the ProFractional treatment. Next month, she’ll try microblading.
“The combination of chemical peels and lasers every other month has really helped my sun spots,” Lexie said. “Right now, I’m trying to do one treatment per month.”
Lexie has enjoyed the flexibility offered by the Friend membership. “I knew I wanted to do some procedures anyway, and I knew that I’d be using it no matter what. In the end, it was kind of a no-brainer.”
She’s also been impressed by the atmosphere and patient care she receives at Kalon. “The environment is great. The staff is so friendly and helpful that I just enjoy going there.”
Going forward, Lexie hopes to return each year for treatments after the summer season. She’d also like to try the Halo treatment someday.
For now, Lexie plans to continue enjoying all the benefits of being a Kalon Friend.
